SHIPPING AND HANDLING
Our shipping and handling is base on a percentage of the total order amount.
All of our gifts are sent in a brown shipping
box, astandard USPS box (if shipping to a PO Address) or a UPS Red Express box with the address you supply us and our
return address. PLEASE NOTE THAT SELECTING 2ND DAY SHIPPING DOES NOT MEAN YOU PACKAGE WILL BE SHIPPED ANY FASTER. Even though we try very hard, sometimes we are out of stock on certain items which will cause a delay in shipping your package. Also, if you are shipping your items to an APO or FPO address, we cannot be responsbile for lost packages or packages that are delayed in delivery.

RETURN POLICY:
Due to the personal nature of our items we are unable to accept returns for
any reason other than defective items. If your item is defective, please ship
the item to us and we will replace it for the exact same item at no charge
to you.
REFUSED SHIPMENTS:
All refused shipments will be charged the price of the shipping and a 25% restocking fee. If you would like to cancel you order, please email us and let us know.
WARRANTY INFORMATION:
We give you a 30 day warranty on all your purchases, after that, you will need to contact the manufacturer. Most of our items come with a 90 day warranty. Contact us if you cannot find the manufacturer and will be will glad to assist.
